Service Description

The organization provides targeted support for at-risk youth through comprehensive prevention and intervention programs addressing challenges such as violence, delinquency, and social exclusion. Youth workers play a central role in identifying risks, providing ongoing guidance, and connecting youth to appropriate community resources. Services include: -Risk Assessment & Early Intervention: Youth workers evaluate behavioral, social, and environmental risk factors to identify youth who may need additional support. -Mentorship & Personal Development: Providing consistent one-on-one guidance to help youth build resilience, decision-making skills, and positive coping strategies. -Violence & Delinquency Prevention: Implementing structured programs and workshops to educate youth on conflict resolution, peer pressure management, and safe decision-making. -Social Inclusion & Community Engagement: Facilitating participation in extracurricular activities, peer groups, and community initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and positive identity. -Referral & Resource Navigation: Connecting youth with specialized services, including social workers, mental health professionals, legal aid, or other community supports when appropriate. -Family Support: Engaging families in the intervention process, providing guidance and resources to strengthen family stability and communication. -Through these programs, youth gain the skills, support, and resources needed to navigate challenges, make safe and positive choices, and build a foundation for long-term success.
